Return and Exchanges

You may return your order, or part of it, by notifying Customer Care in advance within 14 working days of receiving the parcel. The goods must be returned undamaged, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), and must have been kept and, if necessary, used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, with due care, without any signs of wear or dirt.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods: you can use an express courier service or the standard postal service.
